Team WOD (teams of 3)

  • AMRAP in 10 minutes:
  • 20yd Shuttle Run
  • Rope Climbs
  • Barbell Shoulder to Overhead (115)(73)
  • While one athlete does the shuttle, the other 2 are doing reps on the other movements.  Once an athlete is done the shuttle, they rotate movements.
  • Rest 5 minutes
  • AMRAP in 10 minutes:
  • 20 Calorie Row
  • Ring Pushups
  • Abmat Situps
  • While one athlete does the 20 calories, the other 2 are doing reps on the other movements.  Once an athlete is done the shuttle, they rotate movements.
