The Generation Barbell Club (GBC) focuses on getting individuals stronger, more efficient, more confident and overall better at weightlifting and weightlifting for CrossFit.  The GBC also focuses on building lean muscle mass and performing core and injury prevention exercises as part of the training program.  We offer 4 week cycles that can be done along with your CF training.
