Generation CrossFit Kids is the ideal way to combine fitness and FUN! CrossFit Generation’s Kids & Teens program has been running strong without interruption since 2010. Founding coaches Jocelyn and Lauren are passionate about teaching children the importance of health through exercise. This program includes various fundamental skills and movements essential for life, health, and sport. We incorporate all aspects of fitness (strength, stamina, flexibility, cardio respiratory endurance, power, speed, accuracy, agility, coordination, and balance) into the daily workouts. We understand our Kids & Teens are not just mini-adults and our program reflects that.

SCHEDULE AND RATES
We welcome kids age 6-13 and teens age 14-17. If your child would like to try our program to see what it’s all about- the first class is on us! Please contact a CFG Kids coach if you are interested in registering your child for either program.
CFG KIDS SUMMER SCHEDULE 2018 begins July 3rd (current schedule runs until June 30th)
- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00pm
This summer there will be kids class two days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each week, kids can come to either of the class times or both. It can vary week to week. No need to call and sign-up for the individual classes before you come. Classes are 30 mins in length. Please contact a coach to set up a free trial class!
- 1 month membership- 8 classes = $70.00
- Drop Card- 10 class pass (expires within 3 months) = $115.00
- Drop In Fee for 1 class pass = $15.00
CFG TEENS SUMMER SCHEDULE 2018 begins July 9th (current schedule runs until June 30th)
- Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10:30am – 11:30am
The summer teens program will run from Monday, July 9th to August 24th. The 8-week program is designed to be a full summer program for the cost of $240. If, however, you’d prefer to do 1/2 summer (either first 4 weeks or last 4 weeks) you can do that for the cost of $120. The program is designed for teens to do 3x/week.
