Are you an experienced CrossFit athlete? 

LOOK NO FURTHER!! Generation Virtual Training (GVT)  is now available to help you reach your goals. GVT is a program designed specifically for YOU based on YOUR fitness aspiration. Starter templates are designed for 2 training days a week for 4 weeks and can be done in conjunction with our daily CrossFit WODs. Other templates available upon request and may have additional fees.

Starter Templates choices (but not limited to):

  • Hypertrophy Training
  • Skills improvement
  • Endurance
  • Gymnastics
  • Whatever your goal is

 Programs will typically focus on 5 main areas based on your specific goals:

  1. Core / Mobility
  2. Strength / Balance (injury prevention)
  3. Power
  4. Strength 
  5. Muscular endurance

The cost of each 4-week template is $30.  Along with your individualized program, Bryan will be available to answer any questions and keep you motivated and focused on your goals via emails.  Whether you are an experienced athlete or just started working out, I can build a program that’s safe and effective for YOU.

GVT should ideally be performed during our Open Gym times in the turf side rig area to allow for enough space for your training as well as not interrupting our CrossFit classes.
