Do you want to know the best way to start your day? Exercise. Bryan’s Bootcamp is a great class offered at CrossFit Generation that is not CrossFit. It is purely a conditioning style program that does not involve heavy lifting or high level gymnastics. Bryan uses bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, rowers, bikes, jump ropes, and medicine balls to give you an awesome workout without the stigma that comes with CrossFit.
