We founded Generation Nutrition through Healthy Steps Nutrition in 2018 because we knew that nutrition is the #1 factor with achieving optimal health and fitness. We wanted nutrition to become more of a focus at our gym and offer 1:1 nutrition coaching as well as nutrition challenges throughout the year. Our passion for health and fitness is unmatched and we look forward to the opportunity to help you look, feel, and perform at your best.

I started coaching CrossFit over 10 years ago and it has been an amazing journey. I love seeing people change for the better and make healthy choices along the way. Practice makes permanent. Something as fundamental as nutrition shouldn’t be complicated. Let’s create great habits!

I chose to obtain my HSN and Precision Nutrition Coaching certifications in order to better help others create habits that will both empower them, and allow them to feel more comfortable in their own skin, too. As a Health/PE teacher and coach, I have dedicated my career to encouraging and supporting others in becoming the healthiest versions of themselves, and I am so excited to continue to share my passion, knowledge and resources with those who are looking to get back on track, and that want to look and feel their best! I would love the opportunity to help you start your health and wellness journey! Email me today to get started.

I have been coaching Crossfit since 2016 and have loved being able to help people learn and grow as athletes. I changed my nutrition in 2018 to really dial in what I’m eating and saw amazing results. My workout capacity increased, my sleep quality increased, and my fatigue decreased. As a nutrition coach, I want to help people see those same results and the power that nutrition has to improve their lives both inside and outside of the gym.

One of my favorite parts of being a coach is watching and celebrating with athletes when they hit a PR or learn a new skill. As a nutrition coach, I want to be able to guide and celebrate with clients in and out of the gym. I want to help people make changes that will allow them to become the best version of themselves.
