I just realized that 5 year's ago today, Jocelyn and I opened the doors of CrossFit Generation. What started in a park in 2007 has grown into what we have now. Wow! It has been an amazing 5 years of fitness, community, growth, and friendships. Thank you to all of our athlete, present and past, that have made our dream of sharing our passion of fitness and health come true.
