Welcome to “For the Love of Being Primal” lifestyle challenge 2015. This 5- week challenge encompasses a lifestyle of 5 Primal Pillars: Eat Real, Train Smart, Sleep A lot, Walk More, and Sprint Often. Below are explanations of exactly what the 5 Primal Pillars mean for you during this challenge. If these 5 Primal Pillars are followed, your health and well-being can and will improve. You will become a healthier and happier you!

Throughout the challenge, you will receive weekly emails from Jocelyn and Barry as well as constant support from them and your peers who are doing the challenge with you.   All challenge based posts and updates will be housed in our “Nutrition” section under “Programs” on the CFG website:  https://crossfitgeneration.net/category/nutrition/
