Crossfitness was created in 2013 by CrossFit Generation.  This class was developed for those individuals who want a CrossFit style workout, but don’t necessarily want to participate in heavy lifting (and specifically the Olympic Lifts) or care about the scoring aspect of CrossFit. It is also a great supplemental workout for those CrossFitters that need to focus on accessory movements to improve overall strength and prevent . Crossfitness uses dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, rowers, and more. No barbells or heavy lifting cycles.  If conditioning is your preferred training method, you now have another class time available to give you a more conditioning style workout without the heavy lifting! This class is for those that just want to workout and get a good sweat on! It is open to all levels, but more geared toward those interested in CrossFit for fitness. Crossfitness is held 4 times each week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm.
