- AMRAP in 10 minutes:
- 20yd Shuttle Run
- Rope Climbs
- Barbell Shoulder to Overhead (115)(73)
- While one athlete does the shuttle, the other 2 are doing reps on the other movements. Once an athlete is done the shuttle, they rotate movements.
- Rest 5 minutes
- AMRAP in 10 minutes:
- 20 Calorie Row
- Ring Pushups
- Abmat Situps
- While one athlete does the 20 calories, the other 2 are doing reps on the other movements. Once an athlete is done the shuttle, they rotate movements.
