Most people can agree that exercise is generally a good thing to do in healthy pregnancies for both baby and mom. The extent to this is still debated and how much/what type of exercise are also hot topics. The best advice, in my opinion, is to listen to your body and respond accordingly. To go along with this topic, I found an interesting article on exercise and baby brain development. There aren’t many human studies out there as not many people want to volunteer themselves or their unborn child to be a participant when tests are involved. To health!
