Today’s tip is about putting into action what we practice in the gym everyday. Life skills! I started thinking about all the shoveling that will be going on today and wanted to remind everyone to “stay tight!”, make sure to keep those abdominals turned on. When you hinge over to lift the snow with your shovel, think about your deadlift and create tension and don’t lift a rounded back. Enjoy the snow :)
