Day one is here! I know everyone is very excited to kick off this challenge. It’s always exciting to start a 30 day challenge. There are so many positive outcomes from a challenge like this – one of my favorites is the mindfulness that comes with eating clean. Challenges really allow you to be mindful of what you eat and when you eat it so there is no unnecessary snacking. I know for some of you that was a goal and I think it will be very easy to meet that goal because of this.

Speaking of goals, all of you have created amazing goals set for yourself. Barry and I will be checking in with you all as a group and individually throughout the challenge. Remember, in order to get the $20 back you must meet your goals and stay true to the challenge 100%. We are being strict with it this time because that is the way you will see the best results. And we all want results!
