We are excited to begin yoga on Sundays at CFG. This 10-week session with Alex will be a great way to introduce yoga and allow us to learn the best way to offer it moving forward as well. This session will be progressive in nature, but it will be okay to do even if you can’t commit to all 10 classes. Classes will be at 11am and run about 90 minutes in length. Like everything, the more consistent you are able to be, the more you will benefit.
Classes start Sunday, June 1st and will run 10 consecutive weeks to Sunday, August 10th (Except for 4th of July weekend. No class will be Sunday, July 6th.)
The pricing structure is as follows:
Yoga Session Packages
10 classes paid in full = $100
8 classes paid in full = $88
5 classes paid in full = $60
1 class drop in fee = $15
This is a steal for yoga! Non-CFG athletes can participate as well at the same great rate! Only checks or cash will be accepted for payment at this time- packages are nonrefundable. Please register with your payment by Friday, May 30th. Checks can be made out to CrossFit Generation. No registration forms needed to sign up, just give your payment to a coach at CFG.
There is a chance that this session will fill up, so don’t delay getting your payment in to secure your spot.
And, it’s BYOM (bring your own mat).
