Please pardon our mess while we are expanding! This is a very exciting time for us, but during the process we are going to be making a bit of a mess. We’ll do our best to not let it disrupt our daily routine, but we thank you in advance for being patient while we grow.

Also, please continue to do your part in keeping CFG clean.  Put away your bands, PVC, foam rollers, box jumps, clean up sweat, chalk and wipe down equipment after use.  And remember to take all your belongings with you when you go! Check out the lost & found too, there have been some articles accumulating in that box in the lobby!
