Crossfitness was created in 2013 by CrossFit Generation. This class was developed for individuals who want a CrossFit style workout, but don’t necessarily want to participate in maximum load lifting, high level gymnastics, or care about the scoring aspect of CrossFit. If you are looking for a general CrossFit strength and conditioning training method, this class is for you. In this class, athletes work hard without the pressure of performance. It is open to all levels, but geared more towards interested in CrossFit for fitness.
