Crossfitness was created in 2013 by CrossFit Generation. This class was developed for those individuals who want a CrossFit style workout, but don’t necessarily want to participate in heavy lifting (and specifically the Olympic Lifts) or care about the scoring aspect of CrossFit. It is also a great supplemental workout for those CrossFitters that need to focus on accessory movements to improve overall strength and prevent . Crossfitness uses dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, rowers, and sometimes utilizes a barbell. If conditioning is your preferred training method, you now have another class time available to give you a more conditioning style workout without the heavy lifting! This class is for those that just want to workout and get a good sweat on! It is open to all levels, but more geared toward those interested in CrossFit for fitness. Crossfitness is held 4 times each week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm.
