Generation Youth Program is the ideal way to combine fitness and FUN! CrossFit Generation’s Youth Program has been running strong without interruption since 2010.  We are passionate about teaching children the importance of health through exercise. This program includes various fundamental skills and movements essential for life, health, and sport.  We incorporate all aspects of fitness (strength, stamina, flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance, power, speed, accuracy, agility, coordination, and balance) into the daily workouts. We understand our Youth are not just mini-adults and our program reflects that.

2024 Summer Generation Youth FITCamp

Elementary School Camp:

DETAILS:
Make summer fun for your elementary age child! In this class your child will learn foundational movents of fitness all while having fun. Your children will be jumping, running and moving in our space designed specially for our Youth Program. This is a great way to teach them how to warm up, work on injury prevention, speed and sprint drills, and gymnastics skills all while having fun! Body awareness, control and strength are the best ways to prevent a sport related injury. In our Generation Youth FITcamp, your child will work on all of these! This CrossFit style camp is perfect for athletes as well as any middle schooler who wants to participate in an all-around training program! With a mix of body weight, kettlebell, dumbbell, barbell and agility exercises, your athlete will develop body control and gain strength. Whether you have a student athlete looking to prepare for the upcoming season or a teen looking to stay healthy, this program is for you! Register now! Don’t delay as limited spots are available!

THE BASICS

We offer programs for Elementary (1st-5th), Middle (6th-8th) and High School (9th-12th). Registration will be on-going throughout the school year however, you must contact Coach BJ or click HERE to pre-register before arriving for your first class.

    3x/week- $100/month
