Open prep camp is a fun, community-based event to get you excited for the start of the Open. Get in the mindset of competing, test yourself against common open movements, and aim to get your best performance possible. Open to ALL skill levels, there will be a variety of scales available that anyone can complete.

The session will be 120 minutes and consist of brief discussion, quick tests/movement screens, 1:1 movement/athlete assessment, and finish with an engine building group workout that will help athletes get a picture of their overall conditioning as they head into the open season. Athletes will also receive a 4 week engine building program to get ready for the demand of open workouts.

The Core Rehab Program is a collaboration between Jocelyn Weidner and Dr Kelly Conard (Prevail Physical Therapy).  This 12-week program is for anyone needing to reintroduce and reprogram core muscles post-partum or post-surgery.  Jocelyn and Kelly joined forces to create the program after a discussion regarding the need for women to have something to do post-partum before being able to get back to the gym. The 4 Phased approach begins with basic core bracing and diaphragmatic breathing exercises then progresses to an intro to movement and finishes with exercising. Upon completion of the program, participants can expect to be stronger and ready to return to their exercise program once a doctor has cleared them to do so.

It’s a virtual program delivered through an app with access to us all along the way. Help us spread the word as it’s for anyone near or far that could use some help getting that core musculature connection back!
