The 30 day nutrition challenge went so well and we had a blast doing it with you all. Congrats to everyone who participated… even if it didn’t go exactly as planned. There are many people that wouldn’t even have tried it, so kudos to you for doing your best. For those that were successful, there were SO MANY goals met. Doing something 100% is challenging, but is sometimes what it takes to get over that hump or plateau. We really had to get serious about it this time around. But that’s what challenges are all about! If you earned your deposit back and have not yet collected it, please see Jocelyn or Barry before the end of the month!
Here are some follow up comments from the challenge. Congrats to all again! This was a GREAT 30 days for so many! We love this stuff!
In the first week I lost 5lbs and in total for the whole 30 days I lost 10lbs. I did not think to check inches before the challenge, but my work pants seem to be down 2 sizes so I am pretty sure I lost inches as well. I thought this was a great challenge in my opinion. It was sort of a roller coaster ride in the beginning because you think this is going to be hard, then it seemed easy and then hard again and so on and so on. You have good days, really good days and then days when you have to fight not to have a craving. If you have support to stay true to your goals anyone can do this especially once you see results you are hooked. -TP
I have lost 7 more lbs (37 lbs total since joining CFG). I feel great! This past month people have really started to notice my weight loss – which is extremely rewarding. Having a person standing next to me at the gym and say to me “OMG you really look great” makes all of the dieting & exercising worthwhile. -BG
I lost weight around my waist, my mental focus and mind was clearer, my mood was better, I had no skin problems, and overall I just felt 150% better all around. It makes sense that what you fuel your body with would have such an impact, but this really illustrates it and makes it so clear. -PM
I really noticed a big performance boost in the gym. Cutting out caffeine and alcohol gave me a clear head and steady energy every time in the box. The brain fog lifted early on and I knew the only thing holding me back was my fitness and effort, not a poor diet. -TM
