Today we will be doing "Elizabeth", but instead of doing full squat cleans, we are going to do power cleans.  Once we start implementing heavy front squats, we will then be able to start doing full squat cleans.  Enjoy the video.  Oh yeah, and how sweet is CF San Diego's facility?
