We are on devices almost constantly between phones, computers, tablets, electronic games etc…  It’s really quite amazing. We rely on them for so much and they definitely have added so many positives to what we do, however, it’s easy to get sucked in. Take some time… maybe even just one night a week to unplug and spend time doing something else. Game night with the family? Read a book? Do some cooking? Just one night a week will add quality time to your routine. And remember Monday’s tip…. 10p-2a are the most valuable sleep hours, so turn everything off early to make sure you get the most out of those precious sleep hours!
