If not, that’s fine too, just know that everyone we have heard from is having a great time with it and the hard work is starting to pay off! Two weeks in is enough time to start noticing some changes and beginning to get in the groove. What are you doing to keep this challenge fresh!? This is a great time to reconnect with your goals and intentions. What did you pledge to do and WHY. The WHY is always the driving force behind being able to reach goals. Remember what you are doing this for. Remember that consistency and dedication coupled with proper planning is key. Reconnecting with your goals, keeps those intentions in the forefront of your mind. Equipped with that power, you can achieve anything!
