Tonight we kick off the CrossFit Games Open at CFG.  Heats will begin at 6pm.  We welcome all friends and family to come cheer the competitors on while they tackle these WODs for the next 5 weeks.  I wish the best of luck to all who have signed up.  It is time to dig a little deeper and see what more you are made of.  Enjoy these next 5 weeks and have fun!  Download the Heat and Judge Schedule for this weekend.

    As you all know, I have been going to Dr. Kevin Britt for chiropractic care.  I see Dr. Britt 2x per week and my performance has gotten much better in the past month.  I feel very prepared for the Open this year.  More so than last year.  I fully believe that getting adjusted has been the missing link for me and I look forward to feeling the best during my Open performances.   With that said, Dr. Britt will be available for adjustments at CFG on Saturdays starting at 9am for all those competing in the Open.  The cost is only $10.  He will be set up in the changing room.  If you want to perform at your best and have your nervous system firing on all cyclinders, than I would consider getting adjusted.

Front Squat

Work up to 80% x 3 x 4 sets

Perform 10 Strict Pushups after each set of squats
