Congratulations to the following athletes who, that I know of, ran in this past weekend's Broad Street Run.

Tommy Simko – 2 minutes faster than last year.  This was Tom's 3rd year running the event and he keep improving.

Steph Moran – 13 minutes faster than last year.  Her man, Dan Hilburn, ran it with her.  They both finished in 1 hour 57 minutes.  They both have attributed this feat to CFG training for they did not do any running on the side to train for it.

Curtis Hoff – 20 minutes faster than last year.

Julie Alexander – Finished in a time of 1:37.  Her goal was under 1:40.  Awesome!

Ring Dips

Rotate through movements.  30 second transition time.
