Every minute on the minute with a running clock perform:

1 Hang CJ minute 1

2 Hang CJ minute 2

3 Hang CJ minute 3

4 Hang CJ minute 4

…continue sequence until you cannot complete the required reps within the specific minute

Use 70% of your max as weight.  Score total reps.
