The 10lb plates have again lost one of their crew.  Very sad!  I will ask the community again to please "Save the 10's" and bail your barbells safely.  There is absolutely no need to launch your barbells.  If you cannot settle them with control, then we will knock the weight down so you can.  Thank you for your attention to this.  Bumpers are not cheap, so please be mindful when training.  It is appreciated.

2nd Strength – 5pm and 6pm
