CrossFit Generation recognizes the need for individuals new to CrossFit to participate in an introductory program.  It is important to learn the basic CrossFit movements, build confidence within the gym and get to know our culture before entering into the class atmosphere. For this reason, we ask all new members to start with Elements. The program includes three 45-minute sessions 1:1 with one of our certified coaches. The sessions are scheduled based on member and coach availability and are separate from classes.
