Hey all! Every February CFG has a primal challenge that dials in on nutrition, training and a few other healthy lifestyle habits. We do it in February because it keeps the New Years Resolutions going strong and brings our community together in yet another healthy way when the coldest winter month is upon us and it’s nice to have focus on something other than that. Plus, for all those that participate in the CrossFit Games Open, you’ll be in tip top condition to do your best with the weekly WODs.

We’re kicking things off February 1st… so start organizing yourself now. We will run this one like we did in previous years. It will incorporate all aspects of living healthy – not just nutrition. We’ll have the tracker sheets for you and there will be a $20 commitment buy-in. All those who register will have a chance to win the cash prize at the end. We’re excited to get underway with this 2016 “For the Love of Being Primal” lifestyle challenge. We always see significant improvements both in and out of the gym from participants. So get excited and stay tuned.

Registration opens Monday, January 25th for a February 1st start. You must register with Barry or Jocelyn in the gym in order to get weekly emails, access to our challenge FB page (this is huge as all participants share recipes, stories, tips, articles, etc…) More information to come this week.
