THE RULES:
1. $20 buy-in to register. Registration is open from Monday 1/23 – Saturday 1/30.
2. Complete the challenge for a total of 5 weeks.
3. Track points earned each week on weekly tracker sheets.
4. Each component is worth the designated points as listed below. You will either complete the required task or not, so you will either log 1 point or 0 points. There are no ½ credits awarded if you “kind of” did something.
5. Bonus points will be awarded for various tasks every week. Tasks to be announced each week.

WEEKLY POINT SYSTEM:

1. Eat Real: 1 point each = 7 days/week compliance (earn up to 7 pts total each week)
2. Train Smart: 1 point each = 5 days/week compliance (earn up to 5 pts total each week)
3. Sleep A Lot: 1 point each = 5 days/week of 8 hours per night compliance (earn up to 5 pts total each week)
4. Walk More: 1 point each = 2 days/week for 30 minutes a day (earn up to 2 pts total each week)
5. Sprint Often: 1 point = 1 day/week of sprinting compliance (earn up to 1 pt total each week)

Research strongly suggests that the healthiest lifestyles are products of a combination of nutrition and exercise with solid life style habits. Most all health and fitness goals need all components to be attained and maintained successfully. It is because of this, we have decided to add additional components to our “For the Love of Being Primal Challenge”

HOW TO WIN:
1. Only those who entered officially with a $20 buy-in will be eligible for the Cash Prize.
2. Complete all 5 weeks of challenge and submit tracker sheets for verification.
3. Get at least 80 points total from all 5 weeks (80% of 100- which is the max numbers of points possible).  Bonus points will simply boost your score as you complete weekly bonus activities.
4. All winners (who completed items 1-3 above) will be entered into a drawing for a CASH PRIZE.
