Dr. Kevin Britt of Love Chiropractic and also a CFG athlete has been performing chiropractic care on me for the past month. I have to admit that I was dubious as to what chiropractic care would do for me. I had been experiencing some low back issues in the past year that just would not subside even with mobility and stretching. I knew something was "off" as my workouts were not what they used to be. I decided that I would give Dr. Britt a try to figure out what was going on. Well, after seeing him for a couple visits, I saw some immediate differences in how I was performing, functioning, and recovering from workouts.
