    This past weekend was one of the best competitions that CFG has attended in its 5+ years competing in CrossFit events.  The workouts were well designed team wods and even though the days were long and arduous, we had a blast together competing.  Out of 55 teams in the Rx'd division, CFG 1 came in 24th place overall and CFG 2 came in 29th place overall.  There were clean & jerk PRs in the CJ ladder event, new skills developed during the weekend (handstand walk video coming soon), movements that were never done before, and just good old CFG camaraderie at the highest level.  Mike D will be putting a video together of the weekend and I will post an album of the pics when they are completed.

    Congratulations to Angela, Vince, Kari, Sully, Pam, Jen R, and John K.  I am very proud of your efforts this weekend and would compete along side you anytime.
