Coach Jocelyn made great points the other day in her post about taking on the new strength program at CFG. I couldn’t agree more about sacrificing form for a few extra reps, it’s not worth it. If you can’t reach full depth or completely lock a movement out take the right approach and ask yourself “why?” Most likely it will be due to moving a load that’s to heavy or lack of mobility. If it’s to heavy back off. If it’s mobility ask your coaches for help! Half reps = half results!
