The “For the LOVE of Eating Paleo” challenge is starting February 3rd… stay tuned for all the details, but continue to prepare by focusing on this next tip. We’ve discussed a few ways to prepare in the past two Thursday “Tip of the Days” (you can find them in the archives), but another one is tackling the obstacles that you may face during the 30 days. Life doesn’t stop when doing a challenge, so preparing for events that you know will be a challenge for you to stay committed to your goals is important. In order to get the best results you must stick with your goals, 100% – no exceptions. So look at your calendar now and figure out what things are going on that might be hard for you from February 3rd – March 4th and brainstorm ways to handle them successfully.
