For time:
Run 1 mile
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
Run 1 mile
This benchmark can be done by yourself or with a partner. If done with a partner, just split everything evenly. Reps can be partitioned however you choose. The miles must be done as a whole, however.
