2nd Strength – 12pm

5 sets x 8 Deadhang Pullups

Complete 5 high box jumps after each set

WOD

AMRAP in 7 minutes:

3 Pullups

3 Box Jumps

6 Pullups

6 Box Jumps

9 Pullups

9 Box Jumps

…continue sequence of 3 rep increase until 7 minutes is complete.
