Hello Challengers!

We are coming up on weekend #2. As we experienced last weekend, weekends are tough to navigate during a challenge. We are off our normal routine & schedule, there are more events, parties, temptations, travel …. you name it! But now that this is our second weekend, I’m hoping we learned from the first and won’t repeat the same mistakes again.

I post this article every challenge because I absolutely love it. It really puts things in perspective for why we are doing this whole thing anyway. What’s the bottom line here? Our health! To be as healthy as we can for our family, friends, pets, neighbors and community. The healthier we are, the better we are for everyone!
