- For time:
- Run 400m Together
- 76 Goblet Squats
- Run 400m Together
- 76 KB Swings
- Run 400m Together
- 76 KB Reverse Lunges
- Run 400m Together
- 76 Burpees
- Run 400m Together
- 1 KB per team. Only 1 athlete working at a time. Athletes do not have to wait for their teammate in order to start an exercise once back from the 400m run.
