  • For time:
  • Run 400m Together
  • 76 Goblet Squats
  • Run 400m Together
  • 76 KB Swings
  • Run 400m Together
  • 76 KB Reverse Lunges
  • Run 400m Together
  • 76 Burpees
  • Run 400m Together
  • 1 KB per team.  Only 1 athlete working at a time.  Athletes do not have to wait for their teammate in order to start an exercise once back from the 400m run.
