3 rounds for time (Teams of 3)
- 30 Double Unders (done by each athlete at the same time)
- 40 Pull-ups per bar – 2 bars
- 50 DB/KB Shoulder to Overhead (45/35) per station – 2 stations
- 60 Plate Sit-ups (25/10) per station – 2 stations
Athletes will work through 3 rounds of the chipper, with two athletes working at a time, except for the double unders. All athletes will do the double unders. You do not need to wait until all athletes finish the doubles to start the pullups .
