- 4 x 1 minute work/1 minute rest of the following for meters/reps/seconds:
- 1) Row Meters
- 2) Abmat Situps (anchored)
- 3) Handstand Holds* (hold is completed once you come off the wall)
- *sub incline pushup hold off plyo box if needed
