  • 50 Jump Rope Skips
  • 5 Downdogs
  • 5 Barbell Shoulder Press
  • 15 second Banded Bully Extension each side
  • 15 second Lateral Band Chest Open each side

Strength

  • Shoulder Press (use 90% of max + 5lbs)
  • 45% x 5, 55% x 5, 65% x 5, 75% x 5, 85% x 5+
  • Perform 10 Band Pull-Aparts after each set

WOD

  • 6 rounds for time:
  • 6 Handstand Pushups
  • 24 Double-Unders
  • 12 Strict Pushups
