CFG is proud to announce Yoga on Sundays starting in June- first class is June 1st!  Whether you are looking to enhance mobility, calm your mind, or squeezing in a Sunday workout, CFG yoga is for you.  A 10-week package will be offered to those interested and will be instructed by CFG athlete Alex Brazinski. “I am very excited to be teaching yoga at CFG.  Yoga had always been my outlet to optimize my mobility and recovery for track & field in college.  After graduating from La Salle University, I decided to pursue acupuncture at Won Institute in Glenside focusing on meridian energetics and sports medicine. I have recently graduated from Dana Hot Yoga’s Fall 2013 Vinyasa Teacher Training Program.  This CFG 10-week course will be focused on strengthening and stretching the myofascial meridians of the body through both intense and gentle physical postures.  Though most of the classes will focus on beginner/intermediate poses, there will also be opportunity’s to work on more advanced inversion postures such as handstand and headstand as we  progress.  My style is oriented towards constant flow of postures that link the breathe with the movement.  My goal is to create an energetic environment focused on restoring mental equilibrium, enhancing kinesthetic awareness, and broadening functional movement. All are welcome to join me on their mats on Sundays at 11am!”
