Strength

  • Back Squat
  • Work up to 80% x 2.  If going well and feeling good, add weight each set and perform singles.  If 85% x 1 is as high as you can or want to go that day, go back to 80% and do 3 sets x 2 reps.  If you don’t have a Back Squat max, find one today.
