Taylor is happy to announce her little brother Lukas Carl was born Thursday 5/19 weighing 8lbs 12oz! Everyone is doing so well and they are thrilled with their new addition. Thanks for all the well wishes for the Whiteside Family.
This past weekend, CrossFit King of Prussia hosted the second Keystone Affiliate Challenge. Around 75 athletes competed in the event's WOD.
