  • 50 Wall Balls
  • 30 Pullups
  • 20 Burpees
  • then
  • 300 Double-Unders
  • Notes: Only 1 teammate working at a time.  Your team cannot move on to the next movement until all the reps in the previous movement have been completed.  You can split up the reps any way you want.
