- then
- 3 rounds of:
- 50 Wall Balls
- 30 Pullups
- 20 Burpees
- then
- 300 Double-Unders
- Notes: Only 1 teammate working at a time. Your team cannot move on to the next movement until all the reps in the previous movement have been completed. You can split up the reps any way you want.
