Announcing Spring Fling 2022! It’s back! This in-house competition will be Saturday, April 23rd 2022. It will be a team of 2 (male/female) and have 2 divisions (scaled and RX). Registration coming soon- get excited. Tacos to follow- so block off the day!
This past weekend, CrossFit King of Prussia hosted the second Keystone Affiliate Challenge. Around 75 athletes competed in the event's WOD.
