CrossFit Generation is always looking for ways to enhance your fitness.  We want to expose you to new workouts and intensities, improve your 10 physical fitness skills, and keep things fresh and exciting.  For some time now, we have designated the Monday, Wednesday, Friday “Strength/Skill” to be a heavy barbell lift and a shorter and more intense WOD and the Tuesday and Thursday “Strength/Skill”, we have performed gymnastics training and sprint/strongman work combined with a longer and more aerobic based WOD.  After discussing options with the coaching staff, we are changing the weekly template. You will now see more variance week-to-week with the 4-week rotation shown below.  You will also see some double WOD and Mini-WOD days peppered into the programming. This will allow us all to break the mold a bit and get out of our norm.  You cannot make a great omelette without cracking open some eggs :)

So with that said, please make sure you check the “Weekly Programming” every Sunday to see what the Daily Training entails to see what day charges you up.  This new template will begin on Monday, November 28th.  Thank you all and please email myself (Barry) or Jocelyn with any questions.
