This past weekend, CrossFit King of Prussia hosted the second Keystone Affiliate Challenge. Around 75 athletes competed in the event's WOD. Coach Lauren had her baby on Monday ~ a beautiful, healthy baby boy named Matthew William Pace. He was born 7lbs 10oz. Everyone is doing so well. Congrats to Lauren – we can’t wait to meet him!
