This past weekend, CrossFit King of Prussia hosted the second Keystone Affiliate Challenge. Around 75 athletes competed in the event's WOD. Coach Lauren, Nick, Nicky and Matthew welcomed a baby girl to the world Wednesday, May 11th at 7:33am. Brooklyn Jane weighed 6lbs 12oz and everyone is doing so well! We are thrilled for the Pace Family.
