  • 4 x 1 minute work/1 minute rest of the following for meters/reps/seconds:
  • 1) Row Meters
  • 2) Abmat Situps (anchored)
  • 3) Handstand Holds* (hold is completed once you come off the wall)
  •     *sub incline pushup hold off plyo box if needed
